I’m printing a duplex family history document. There are a number of colour photos however most of them are black-and-white. The issue is this I’ve noticed that all of the photo images have faint yellow vertical stripes arranged across them. An image that’s 3 inches across may have up to 5-6 thin yellow stripes arranged vertically across it .
Oddly any graphics images are unaffected by the problem. The rest of the page is fine it’s very clean very happy with that. I’ve included a photo of one of the images to illustrate the issue. Apologies for the shadow on the bottom but the yellow stripes are clearly visible in the top. Any suggestions on how I can cure this issue would be much appreciated.

On the control panel go to troubleshooting and run the PQ tests. This should show if the issue is cartridge related. That you only get the marks on some prints suggests that you might have an issue with driver or software glitches. We have seen a lot of compatibility issues when printing pictures taken on Iphones and Ipads. Can be driver related and you might want to check that you have the most current driver installed and that your firmware is up to daste.
