Product: MFP M277dw

I have a US bought M277dw printer. I recently purchased high yield cartridges (201X) from the USA to replace my 201A cartridges. I installed the cartridge and get an incompatible cartridge error.  I've tried all online suggestions to fix the problem.  I updated the firmware.  I confirmed that the cartridges are not counterfeit.  I at first suspected maybe it was a regional issue - but printer and cartridges are HP products purchased from the US.  HELP!!

@jsddsgilbert, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document to check if this is a regionalization issue - "Incompatible <color> supply" displayed on the control panel

 

Also, try the steps mentioned in this document - 'Install Black Cartridge' Displays
