Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP Envy 4500 e-all-in-one series printer - have been printing, then all of a sudden it is indicating that the ink cartridge(s) are incompatible.

HP Recommended

Remove all the ink cartridges and close the door.

With power on, disconnect the power cord for 60 seconds.
Plug the printer in and power up. 

Install the cartridges one at a time and see if that helps.
