Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi There,

The issue I have with my printer (LaserJet 500) is that it keeps wanting to print in "Letter" Size from tray 2 (which has been set to A4 in the tray itself). I have have tripled checked in word and the actual printing settings in Windows that it is  A4 and it is still wanting to print in the "Letter" format. Is there a setting I am missing? How do I change it so when the printer receives the document, it prints in A4 permanently?

The document you are sending is in letter format, that is the reason. There should be a setting in paper handling for substitute letter/a4 so that happens automatically, otherwise, check the settings on the driver and on the program you are printing from. A common error is PDF files if you have the print default set to "choose paper source by PDF page size.
