HP Recommended

I keep receiving the following error on my HP Color Laser Jet 3600n Printer, "Initialization and continuous reboot loop error ". Printer wont stay on long enough to try a firmware update. I tried using a new  formatter board, but it did the same thing...Initialization for 5 seconds the reboots continuously. What can you suggest to fix the issue

I can't get it too do anything because of the continuous reboots
