I have tried every trick in hp community, such as computer management procces, deletting installed old hp drivers, device management, msconfig procedures, and many more suggestions in hp community, usb cable change, and add and remve program in control panel , device and printer removal, microsoft disable in services( msconfig) , and everything you can imagine in hp community adviser, may be in 20 ways suggested . Exausting !? Cd provided by purchase, downloading latest software for product in hp site, full version on basic,  

Hp tech advice, and I get massage at 99% or once at 100% "INSTALL OPERATION TOO LONG TO EXECUTE"

 

I know hp products for many years, and I had hp laptop, such huge company with such great repatation, must and should do better,  I loved this company for many years, I used even your virtual help, no lock , connected to 

One of your technitions on hp direct line and asked for help and mentioned my issue, he asked for one US doller to send file that may solve my issue !!!! Surprised from such knowed company with such old reputation, sorry, 

Help will preciated, Keep hp reputation high wordwide, it is a old and trusty company for many years, thank you
