I see that you're trying to connect the printer to your mobile device wirelessly. If you have a router with a wireless connection, you can follow the steps from the document  Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) 

Once the printer is configured, you can use the HP Smart App to print. Refer to the document  Install and Use the HP Smart App (Android, Apple iOS, iPadOS) for help.

If you do not have a router, you can use the WiFi Direct feature on the printer to print. Follow the steps from the document  Printing with Wi-Fi Direct for help.
