Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

If I sent a print by e-mail using hpeprint.com to my printer, it prints 1 sided. Is it posble to print on 2 sides?

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

 

I understand that you have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw. I read that you would like to perform two-sided (duplex printing) using the hpeprint.com.

 

I did some research on this and found that two-sided printing is not supported via the HP eprint. 

 

However, you may use the HP AiO Printer Remote App. This app allows you to perform two-sided printing.
