Product: HP Color LaserJet Professional CP5225dn Printer

I've been trying to correct a Jam in Printer Paper Patch for months on my CP5225 laser printer.

I have removed all parts, cleaned rollers, etc. Nothing works.

The paper supposedly jams as it is 90% out into the top delivery tray. Nothing is jammed anywhere.

It jams in all 3 paper trays including the  side manual tray #1.

I've attempted multiple resets, power resets, etc.
