HP Web Jetadmin retrieves live consumable data from HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301 devices, including toner levels and cartridge part numbers.

However, supply status/urgency is reported as Unknown, and a Supply Ordering report directly scoped to one affected printer returns “No data retrieved for the selected devices in the specified time period,” even when the report threshold is above the current toner level.

 

Please confirm known limitations or defects with HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301 / HP Unified LaserJet MFP UPI supply data collection and Supply Ordering reporting.
