Hello

My printer keeps telling me to load paper although there is paper in the tray.

I have tried resetting and done the cleaning of the pick rollers. Still the same.

It starts pulling it in albeit on an angle then stops.

Occasionally it doesn't stop and gets jammed instead

Any ideas.

Most cases of angled feeding are caused by some sort of blockage in the paper path. Check closely, you may need to use a stiffer piece of paper to floss the paper path. If you print labels it is not uncommon for a bit of label to get stuck in the paper path.
