All at once after years of working properly, the printer asks to load Tray 1. (I may have accidently pressed some button on the control panel. I don't really know.) The orange light flashes on and off, and the message in the control panel says "Press [OK] for available media." There is only one tray. I either have to walk over to the printer and press the OK button, or, on my pc, go to the print window, choose Properties, and under Paper Source, select Automatically Select.

This works most of the time. But sometimes when I am trying to print a PDF file or a html file, this doesn't work. In these cases there is no print window with a Properties tab. So I go to the printer and press the OK button, and the control panel brings up the screen "Setup Menu, HP Web Services."  I do not know what this means, and I am unable to print.

What should I do? Thanks.
