Product: M426fdw

MY HP LJ M426fdw jams every time I print. The paper jams behind the cartridge in the back of the printer. I remove the paper and the next print the same thing happens. The paper looks like an accordion. Any suggestions on how to fix the jam?

If it accordions after the cartridge but before the fuser it would suggest that the fuser is not rotating. You should also ensure that the cartridge is rotating properly. The design of the cartridge drive can cause non-HP cartridges to fail.
