LASERJET PRO M402n

I recently updated my work computer to windows 10.  Now I'm getting horizontal lines on my pages but only on certain pages.  They are very specific on which page it does it on.  I have uninstalled and installed and done all of those things.  Wondering what the problem may be since I did not have this problem before.

MKC11,

I assume from the post that you don't think you changed the printer or settings at all.  Did you load a new or different driver with the computer upgrade?  Could you please take a picture of one of the pages or print one with innocuous information that shows the defect and post it here.  Can you explain a bit more on the "specific" pages, that would help the diagnosis also.  A bit more data on Horizontal is needed, since images can be printed landscape or portrait and horizontal means different things...  Thanks,

Dovid

Update the firmware on your printer to the latest revision and then install the latest Universal Print Driver PCL6 on your system. Likely Windows installed their class drivers which are not very reliable.
