Product: HP4600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have an HP4600 printer that has worked flawlessly.  Recently we started having printing issues but only from certain computers and certain programs.

 

For example on a Windows 10 machine printing checks from Quickbooks and Versa check the right side of the page is faded.  All other documents print fine.

 

On anoter Win10 laptop no issues at all printing anything.

 

On a Win7 desktop we can print a test page, we can print word files but Adobe or Foxit Reader pages print blank.  On this computer we have tried deleting and reinstalling the printer and drivers.  There have been no software changes to any of these computers other than the windows updates to the WIN10 machines.

When Adobe pages print blank you can select a "Print as Image " option, click the "Advanced" button to find it.
