you probably have a job stuck in the printer queue on your computer. You need to delete any pending print jobs. This can happen if the file you try to print is corrupt and the printer is not able to signal the computer that the job is complete so Windows sends the job again. Double click the icon for the printer ob the PC to see the print queue and then select the problem job and select cancel.
