Hello,

We have around 100 various printers in our hospital and suddenly all of the LJ3052 model printers started to fail printing.

With USB it works fine, but when I connect it to Lan it starts to act weird(was just fine few days ago), for example I can no longer print network config report.

In Windows it shows that printers are offline, but the ping returns with no losses.

It would be great to get some info about it, because the hospital is kind of a hotspot and the resolution needs to be urgent, but I can't find the reason why it is happening.

Any chance you had a Windows 10 update just before printers stopped to work?

Thank you for your reply!

Checked update retrospective on many pcs, no recent updates. Problem is that this is not one computer that experiencing this issue. Tens of computers, sadly....

And it is not a computer Problem, already proven myself that for sure

I will try to explain our infrastructure:

For example

One LJ 3052 in radiology and 4 computers using it

One LJ 3052 in surgery department and 4 computers using it

And so on...

These are one of our oldest printers, but they functioned until today

It's seem to me like the snmp flood is happening and printer's network cards can't handle it  or smt. That is the only logical explanation 😄
