My LaserJet CP1525nw color will print single page jobs but shows a paper jam on all multiple page jobs. When I look into the paper feed I find no jam except on one occasion. Any one have a helpful idea?

Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
If the issue persists, please perform the remaining steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-cp1525-color-printer-series/4052975/model/40529...

Most often that is the result of a dirty or worn paper pickup/feed roller. You can try cleaning the roller first to see if it helps. Look closely at the roller to see if it's worn smooth, especially at the pickup edge of the roller. It should have texture ripples. If it is smooth, it should be replaced. Ideally both the pickup and separation roller should be replaced at the same time. The kit # is: CC430-67901. Just do a Google search for a supplier. You'll need to access the Secondary Service menu to rotate the roller so it can be easily removed to clean or replace.
Open the secondary service menu:
1. Make sure the product is in the Ready state.
2. Press & hold the Left arrow key and then press the Cancel button, then release them both.
3. Scroll through the menu options to find and select the Secondary Menu.
4. Press < and > to navigate through the menu to find Pick Roller or Rotate Pick Roller. Select and run, then disconnect the power cord.
Disconnect any other cables from the back. Remove the paper cassette. Set the printer on it's back end to access the roller easily.
