Product: LaserJet CP2025dn

Hi all,

 

Our CP2025dn printer is printing colors severely out of alignment. I have tried factory resetting the printer and also performing Calibration. I've printed various report pages which can be seen here:

Any ideas where I should start?

1.If you are using nongenuine toner cartridges. Then replace them.

2. Upgrade firmware

3. Replace formatting board

I would try replacing the black toner cartridge first as all the colors are trying to align to it and if it's bad, you'll get this problem where all the colors are off.

 

Sometimes it takes several calibration tries. HP says to try at least 5 times. 

 

Run the Supplies Status report to see how the colors are aligning to the black. If only one color is out of alignment, then replace that color cartridge.
