Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

my printer doesn't connect to wireless network when it starts.

My router doesn't have WPS button, but otherwise everything works ok.

After first time software install printer connects successfully, however after turning it off and on, the blue light doesn't turn on and there's no wireless connection.

What could be the reason?

Blue wireless light off means the Wireless Radio is not on or enabled.  Go here to download the User Guide and the Wireless Addendum.

Verify the Wireless radio is enabled.  Page 6 of the Addendum.
