Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've seen this solution: Disable Mopier setting in Start > Devices and Printers > Customize your printer> Device Settings > (at the bottom) Mopier Mode: Disable.

The problem is there is no Mopier option. All I got our two trays.

Which printer driver are you using? If you let windows automatically install you likely have a Microsoft print driver installed and frankly they don't work great. Best option for this type of printer is to install the HP Universal Print Driver Version 7.0, either PCL or Post Script.

Hi thanks for responding. You’re right. I reinstalled drivers and now have the Mopier option. Unfortunately, disabling did not solve the issue.

Can you confirm what driver you installed?

If you installed new drivers and it still did not work, it is possible that the old drivers were corrupt. I would delete the printer completely and if network attached, manually install the printer.

Thanks! Even though the HP installer stated it was removing all previously installed drivers, one remained. Getting rid of it did the trick.
