Product: LaserJet P1109
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We have a LaserJet P1109w.  I just replaced the toner cartridge with a brand new HP 85A and it still prints super light.  Went into print settings to try to change print density or clean but found no such options.  Help please!

is it genuine toner? are you a technician?

if so then you need to clean laser unit which got dusty.

Genuine HP.  Not a technician, else I would have this sussed.  Nothing appears in need of cleaning, printer is very rarely used.
