M102W

LaserJet Pro M102w was not printing a .pdf correctly.  I powered it off.  Upon powering it back on it could not be located on the network.  Wifi light on top of printer is solid. Tried resetting printer by holding every combination of buttons in while plugging in/powering on.  No response.  Nothing changes the steady-on status of the power/wifi/ and ready lights.  Tried connecting via USB... device is not seen by my PC.  Can anything be done?

I’ve done this. Lights always stay steady on. Reset does not happen. Buttons have no effect.
