LaserJet Pro M1536dnf
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

LaserJet Pro m1536dnf prints the same document that is printed from a PC. The print first starts, then goes to print and the process repeats. When you cancel keyboard printing, the keyboard is locked and the panel becomes inactive. When you restart the printer, everything remains unchanged

That sound like an issue with the printer job queue on the computer. Due to some communication error the printer is not getting the message that the job has printed. You could try restarting the printer and start pressing the job cancel button to try and purge that job from the queue. Otherwise, you will need to clear the print queue on the computer directly.

If you start the printer with the cancel button pressed, the printer does not print this document when the download is complete, but the button bar does not work either. Is it possible that this is firmware?
