Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

It started this morning. I printed 30 copies of the same document. The last one had horizontal colored lines across it every 3 inches or so.  One line for each color as well.  I tried a cleaning cycle, printing different types of documents, installing updates, and running HP Doctor.  Nothing seems to have an effect on the issue. Everything that prints has lines except the cleaning page. Forum searches say something about toner cartridge failure, but it seems odd to me that it would happen to all 4 at once.  HP Doctor could not detect that the cartridges are in fact HP cartridges, and suggested they be replaced with genuine ones.  All 4 of them are HP though, and 50% full or more.  I tried searching Troubleshooting & the virtual assistant.  None of them seem to have any answers.  Does anyone know what this issue is and how I fix it?  (Also, no error messages have appeared on the computer or the printer)

Based on the faded black line I would suggest that the black cartridge might be the cause of your problems.

Do you think I should replace it? I tried spinning the drum & it made one thick black line on the next test print
