Product: LaserJet M277
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My LaserJet M277 is printing text as gray instead of black.  The Eco setting is turned off.  Even the test page run form the printer itself has gray text.  Any Suggestions on how to get it to print black text?

  • Are you able to make a copy in black?
  • From which application/software you are printing?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the printer firmware following the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
