I come to know today what was problem
If the internet is on and you are connected to printer through direct wifi it will not show the printer available if you do not off your data.
I did well experiment last day by doing all the experience.

Thank you for being a part of HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
I got to know from your post that you are not able to print from your Android device. Not to worry, I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:
Do you have HP Print service Plugin or HP Smart App installed on your Android device?
Which Android device are you using?
Have you tried printing from any other device?
Let me know!

Thanks! Most of the Android printing issues can be resolved by clearing the Android OS Print Spooler cache and performing a network power reset. Here is how to do it:
1.) On your Android device, tap the Settings icon , and the select Apps or Applications.
2.) Select Show System Apps.
3.) Scroll down the list, and then select Print Spooler.
4.) Depending on your Android device, tap Storage, and then select Print Spooler.
5.) Select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
6.) Turn off your Phone, Printer and Router.
7.) Unplug the power from the back of router, wait for 10 -15 seconds.
8.) Connect the power cable back to router, turn on the router first. Wait till the router to initialize.
9.) Turn on Printer and Phone, make sure that they are both connected to your home wireless network, try to print.
Let me know how it goes!
