Hello,

Your HP LaserJet Pro 100 M175a Color Multifunction Printer only supports connection using the USB cable.
Make sure to select the USB connection in the printer setup software. Only plug in the USB cable when prompted to do so.

Please use the HP LaserJet Pro M175 series Full Solution Software and Driver to install your printer..

Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.
