Hello...

i have issue with hp printer that is showing large black horizontal lines.
in other printer like canon, sharp, brother print is coming out perfect there no issue.
but i have tried it with other model of hp printers like hp 226dn, hp hp 1020 but problem is same with all and same.

i am sending snap of the print please provide me solution for the same.
i have already updated drivers, windows and framework.hp issue.jpg

If the problem is the same with all HP units it strongly suggests a driver issue or general incompatibility issue. Which driver are you using, specific number and type would help with making a suggestion.  Also, what is the file type you are printing and what program generated it?

sir,
all prints are OK but only tally export files have this issue.
i have latest version of tally if i am giving print from direct tally then no have any issue, but
when i make it pdf and after that give print from pdf file then have same issue.
but if i to this step with other printer like canon sharp and brother then it is ok.
and sir i am using latest version of drivers that i download from hp site recently.
