Laserjet 4000T
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the networked Laserjet 4000T started printing blank pages with no error messages.  Computers are running Windows 10 (64-bit).  

Tests I have done:

*printed from a different application

*reinstalled the driver

*printed from a different computer

*Changed to a toner cartridge that works on another LJ 4000 printer

*changed to a new toner cartridge

*swapped the transfer roller with a working printer

-tried printing the menu map from the control panel after each of the above, all printed blank pages (warm blank pages came out)

 

What should I try next?

If the paper tray size board is not reading trays properly this can happen. I have also seen the laser shutter arm fail which means no image is written to the drum. This shutter is opened when the cartridge door is closed.
