Laserjet Pro M102W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP LaserJet Pro M102W will no longer print double-sided. Formerly, I would just reload the pages and hit the button on the printer and it would print. It no longer does that. It prints the first page, but won't print the second. So now I have to print the pages totally manually. This problem just started a couple of days ago after the printer worked properly for a couple of years since I purchased the printer.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Probably a Windows 10 update messed with your printer driver. Download and run print and can doctor from HP.

I downloaded the latest driver for my printer and that didn't solve the problem.  What is the "print and can doctor"?

Thanks.

Okay, I found it and ran it - no luck, still have the problem. I also ran the Microsoft troubleshooter - no help. Everything says the printer is fine, but it won't print duplex anymore.

Make sure the paper size setting on the printer is set to letter. Setting the tray to any size will block printing duplex.
