Product: laserjet m577

Hi All,

 

I am having an issue with a HP Laserjet M577. The colours are not aligning. I have updated firmware, Replaced all colour cartridges, cleaned the Colour registraion sensors. Made sure the laser glass is clean. ran multiple full calibration. Reset calabration and then ran full calibrations.

 

The issue is all colours. Black is not affected.

 

I am not sure what to do next.

Please check your transfer belt (ITB) if it is defective then color calibration will not work well.

Hi Zw0x,

 

Do what @awani suggests you to do first.

Could you please upload an image of your printer's diagnostic page ?

Also upload or give details of the printer's event log. 

Do you hear any strange noises from the printer?

the issue was with the ITB. I over looked it as it was replaced a few months ago. I put one in from a new device and it worked.
