Product: M750

Hi

Our M750 printer stated that it needed a new transfer kit, I replaced the main transfer belt and the main roller (all the other rollers in the kit I have not replaced). However the printer still says that the transfer belt level is low.

 

How can I get rid of this message?

Did you receive any paper manual with the new transfer kit?

There should be instructions on how to reset count after replacing the belt.

It goes from printers front panel something like: MENU -> ADMINISTRATION -> MANAGE SUPPLIES -> RESET SUPPLIES -> NEW TRANSFER KIT -> OK
