Hi. So my dad bought a laserjet Pro M102w printer this summer because the old one (Inkjet) required alot of ink which is expensive in my area. But the laserjet printer did not work since the day we got it. We installed the software on a laptop and downloaded the app. When we set up the software and app the printer was able to print the test pages but after that we have been trying to print for ages but the printer is not printing anything and troubleshoot shows no problem. We tried through wifi and through the usb cable but this printer will really not print anything. What's the prpblem and how can we solve it?

@NoName626, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue on the PC
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
Check if the wireless light on the printer is blinking or steady.
Print a Wireless configuration report
- Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button until the Ready light begins blinking.
- Release the Resume/Cancel button. The report prints.
To know how to connect the printer to the wireless network, refer to this document.
Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Let me know how this goes.
