Laserjet Pro M452dw Paper Jam error that won't clear.

My mother printed something and got a paper jam. The full paper was removed and after restart multiple times and unplugging i'm still getting the same error. I have followed all the video instructions and looked for even the smallest frags of paper, have not found anything. I've turned it upside-down removed the paper tray, opened the back where all the rollers are and still nothing. There has to be something causing the error somewhere. 

Any suggestions?

Is the jammed paper completely removed?
If you were printing on both sides before, please check if there is any paper jam in the duplexer.

Common issue on this engine is a failure of the paper sensor on the back of the fuser. There are no diagnostic tests on this series to determine if that is the case. If the printer starts without the error but the error returns when you try to print that is one sign that this might be the problem.

ALL paper was removed. Nothing remains.

Not sure where that sensor is but the error pops on the screen after turning on. I never get to even try to print.

Update
I found a random video clip of someone placing 2-sided tape on the edge of a piece of thin cardboard (cereal box) and sliding it into the output rollers to retrieve a paper fragment. I went and lifted the flap on my output rollers and barely saw the edge of a full piece of paper. I tried the 2-sided tape trick and although it did not pull the paper out connected to the tape, after multiple tries it did pull the paper forward enough to grab it with the tips of my fingers. There was a FULL 8.5x11 sheet that had been accordioned in that final output roller assembly. It was not visible from the duplexer side nor was it visible from the output tray without lifting the plastic flapper and using a flashlight. 

Hope this helps someone else that has tried everything else.
