Laserjet colorprinter does not print the document with the QR code

I recently installed this color laser printer as a replacement for a HP laserjet 6L.

with the old printer a QR code was printed as part of a document to be used as an entrance ticket.

With this printer the document is printed, but without the scan code.

several attempts, but no solution.

Please help me to solve this.

Can you save an entrance ticket with a QR code as a pdf file on a USB drive and try to prin it from a front USB port that is near front panel?

I have tried this and this works!

I had earlier tried by printing on another printer which works. Then copy the print on the laserjet, this works too! Only printing direct does not work. What is the real problem?

software on the printer? Very strange.
