My printer won't print on my sticker paper anymore. I was able to before but now the print wont grab the paper and then tells me there is a jam when there isn't. It prints fine on regular paper. I tried to print from tray 1 and tray 2 and neither worked. I also tried doing a reset to see if that would do anything, but it didn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the condition of the rollers that pick the paper. Clean them with a damp lint free cloth, no chemicals, just water. Stickers tend to have a glossy surface and any contamination on the rollers can impede feeding of this type of media. It is possible that the rollers are worn out but seems unlikely that you would have worn out both trays at the same time. The rollers should have fine finger print like ridges on them. If they are completely smooth they are worn out.

I cleaned the rollers and it didn’t resolve it. When I open the tray after the printer says there is a jam, the paper is pulled about 2-2.5 inches but it won’t go any further. The end of the sheet also has a crimp in it where the roller is.
