Product: Laserjet m15a

Good morning to all.

I've just buy the printer. I try to install with my android phone. I see the wifi network made by the printer. I complete the installaition but now I can't see the printer at all. I think the best way it's a restore to factory reset. But all the info I found, tell to press 'wifi button'  but the printer has NO wifi button. 

The printer run perfectly with usb cable on windows pc. But I need wifi connecion.

some one can help me?

M15a does not have wi-fi.

 

M15w has wi-fi.

Not sure what you saw, but be sure that there is no wi-fi in M15a
