Whatever is causing that indentation is probably your problem. Have you checked and cleaned the pickup/feed roller? Can you provide a pic of the indentation?

So yes the line right across the page is the big clue the pages comes out to me but as the fuser is about to complete the page and drop it in collection tray then 10% of page gets stuck I need to pull out.

I removed the fuser kit and inspected the roller inside I cant see any power or badness in there on the film of the roller and turn it with the gears to verify no dirt

all rubbers appear visually fine on feeder , I think its inside the rollers inside the fuser where the trouble lies , the printer has done no mileage at all and very little printing. I know there a roller on the belly of the printer I didn't inspect that,.

I'll send you a picture of the page but if you can image a cleanly pressed pencil line aprox 4 to 5 mm right across the width of the page , remember there is no powder or ink or any issues imprinted this a see through compressed 5 mm wide line.

Thanks

Owen

this is a sample demo page from demo menu as printer wont allow any device printing hope this solves the mystery.

one item came to mind is that paper gets that mark else where in the flow and then it enters fuser chamber only to get stuck on that indentation as the fuser tries to process it on the exit and get stuck exiting feeder to the pickup tray right on that identation left from some other place the printer press it onto the paper.

if you look at the paper its compressed so tight on the paper the mark that is in picture attached

If you have a document on how to open the fuser and inspect the 2 rollers in there or 3 even I can start at that point I can seem to find any maintenance information to strip back the fuser kit and there obiously way to expensive to buy as nearly the price of the printer.

I'm sorry, but for some reason your picture is not viewable. I can see pictures others have posted, but yours is just a place-holder symbol.

From your description of the paper being very condensed at this bad spot, it really sounds like there is something in the paper path obstructing the paper significantly to cause it to bunch up, most likely at the initial paper pickup/feed point or just as it enters the printer and most likely a roller. This will cause it to be slightly delayed going thru and finally causing a jam condition. Check all of your paper path rollers that line up to that mark to make sure they don't have any flat spots and that they are turning properly.

OK, not the kind of indentation I was thinking of. Does this happen consistently? If yes, try doing a print stop test to maybe see where it is occurring.  A stop test is where you start a print test, then open the cover to stop the print in mid-print. Try to stop it at various times to cause the paper to stop at different spots in the printer. Open the door, remove the toner cartridge and observe the paper to see if you can see the indentation area. Is it before or after the toner cartridge or before or after the fuser? If it only shows up after the fuser, then you have a fuser problem and probably should replace the fuser. If it shows up before the fuser, but after the toner, check your transfer roller, and any other rollers in the registration area and toner cartridge drum to make sure they are in good shape and are turning easy enough and not sticking or have any flat spots or damage.
