Hello,
I have lines on Magenta related laser prints. Upon further inspection, I have determined the roller has lines as indicated in the photo. It seems like there something stuck the other side of the roller that is causing the lines. How can I clean the roller to remove the lines?
Thank you,
Elvis

They fail due to foreign material getting stuck under them. Then the roller can get scratched by the same material.

Likely a failed cleaning or doctor blade. Time for a new cartridge. Keep in mind that HP OEM cartridges have warranty until they show as low.
