Color Laser jet Pro MFP M477fnw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

This is a rather new printer (Color Laser jet Pro MFP M477fnw) and using the toner that came with it. Since it has been set up there have been red lines printing over everything except when the document is black text only. I have updated the drivers, cleaned the toner cartridges, printed cleaner pages, and color calibration.

Included are three scans taken by the units flatbed scanner. I do not know why the top of each page looks like a grey bar with bubbles on it but each page printed was aligned to the top corner of the flatbed. The lines are really noticeable on the originals but the scans are not showing them too well.

On the Demo page if you look at the bottom where it says HP Jet Advantage and shows a picture of a cloud the lines are noticeable above and below the cloud. Obviously, the magenta color is messed up on the color print quality page.
