Hi, Please can someone help. I cannot find a way of speaking to a human regarding this error, and keep going in loops following the steps on the virtual agent.

I get stripes/ lines on all of my printouts! Its driving me crazy. Its happened since I bought it 5 months ago.

So far I have tried...

1. Cleaning cartridges (via HP Smart app) twice each time

2. Aligning the printer

3.Carefully Manually cleaning the cartridges

4. Replacing NEW cartridges for even 'newer' cartridges

5. Thinking it was the type of paper, I used Card, paper, vinyl, photo paper

6. Trying to speak to a human on here to see if I need a replacement as I am still under warranty.

 

I'm at the end of my tether now. I am in a trial period of making this for friends and family and if all goes well, I hope to start a little business. BUT, THIS BLOODY PRINTER is holding me back. =[

 

Its mainly when I printout photos. colour pictures etc

 

I've wasted so much ink and paper/card/vinyl etc, I just cant afford to keep  doing it!

 

Please please help
