Lost invoice

we bought 3  HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdw from Bangladesh. unfortunately we lost our invoice. I check with serial number in hp website it says we have 19 month warranty left. 

my question how we can proceed for warranty without invoice ?

All as i know you don't need invoice if after your checking  there's 19 month warranty left then that is.

Once you need to send it be fixed stille according to HP's website.  Don't be worry.

I explain the situation you in details. I'm new ICT officer, I join without any handover process. I found there three HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdw printer.  I don't have any idea when they bought it, where thye bought it. then I note serial number of a printer and check online and it says it have 19th month warranty left and warranty starts from October 31, 2018 but other people have doubt abuot the date.

my product serail number is VNBKK5DG2X

Now my question is 

1. how much accurate your online warranty checker is ?

2. if I have no clue where we bought it where we should go for warranty in bangladesh.
