HP M102w Product number:    G3Q35ASerial number:    [edit]i hope this is the information you are referring to.  If not please advise where I might find what you need and I will look further.  i volunteer with AARP TaxAide providing technical support for their computer equipment.  This year we received nine new HP M102w printers. It has been my task to set them up at various tax preparation sites in our area.  Of the nine one seems to have suffered a firmware glitch and is totally inaccessible via a computer using any of the various HP software programs including firmware update, installation, or scan doctor.  I have opened a trouble ticket on this one with HP as it probably needs the firmware restored outside of the consumer process.  Because we have multiple units used by multiple individuals at multiple locations that get reconfigured annually  it would be useful to be able to do a factory reset without going through a computer using the web interface which requires an IP address.  The manual only shows  the web interface for this restore.  i am sure there must be a factory reset process using the buttons on the printer.  This would be very helpful to us.  If there are any other printer button sequences that you could pass along for things like error reports, that would also be useful.  Thanks
