HP LaserJet Pro M102W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

We have a HP LaserJet Pro M102W that was configured to use a static IP address on a wireless network (outside of the DHCP scope). We now need to have the printer pull a DHCP address, but we are no longer able to get to the IP address of the printer to make this change. This means that we are unable to access the web page and thus unable to perform a regular factory reset.

Would someone from HP be able to private message me the NVRAM reset process for an HP LaserJet Pro M102W?

Thank you!

I have sent you a private message, to reset the printer that cannot be shared in a public post.

Can you please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

Hi

We have a customer who we need to do a NVRAM rseet as they have changed the ip address and subnet and we now cannot get to it at all.  Im presuming NVRAM reset is the only option for this.  If not all suggestions are gratefully accepted.

Cheers

Hi

Can you send me the same details please?

I set a password recently on my m102w and can't for the life of me remember it.

Need to reset fully because i'm having trouble setting up for wireless.

Thank you.
