A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

As per the user guide available here, we can restore the printer to factory settings from the printer Embedded Web Server(EWS) page. However, the printer has to be connected to a network in order to access the printer EWS page. 

Is the printer connected to your home network?
