M102w NVRAM reset instructions

@Mr_Downloader, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps!

M102w NVRAM reset instructions

Hi,

You don’t need to perform NVRAM reset for such, restoring the network settings should resolve it @overdunn

Reset the wireless settings by pressing and holding the wireless button for more than 20 seconds, till the Attention light starts blinking and the printer restarts.

Then, open the HP Smart app from any wirelessly connected device (Windows/Mac/iOS/Android), click the plus sign and select Setup and Add a New Printer, then follow the steps on screen to reconnect the printer to your wireless network.
