M203dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer suddenly went offline. Ended up having to remove device and reinstall. Now it seems to have an old or unuseable driver. When I print something, I get an error and have to push the page button on the actual printer to get the print job started.  It also will not let me print both sides of the page. When I did the inital install I also had this problem and a tech told me that the driver offered online was the wrong one and he installed a new one which worked perfectly up until several days ago, which, I am assuming, failed due to a Win 10 update.

Also trying to install the dowloaded driver, the install program will see the M203, but the driver install will not.

So I have a 15 month old printer that is essenitally dead. Because I am "out of warranty" I have been shunted here.

And instead of gettin ghelp, I get 4 emails this morning telling me I am an "honors students" and giveing me "awards" for being repsonsive in this forum.

HP, you are failing.

Why not give us a phone number to call and get help with these issues? instead, I'm likley to stop being a customer because of this, and because I am the IT person at my school, that means a lot of others will stop being customers.

What a waste.
