hi,

i have a M254NW with menu locked, and ask for a user/password with ip acces.

I don t have these access.

does it is possible to reset the printer ?

Yes, it is possible that the printer can be reset; however, since your HP Color LaserJet Pro M254nw has both the control panel menu locked and the Embedded Web Server (EWS) protected by administrator credentials.
