Product: M277DW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My M277dw will only print duplex manually.  Copy function works fine, so duplexer is functioning.  Checked all settings in properties and in the software and all show duplex printing selected.  Recent changes moved from a different house went from wired to wireless.  Not much else has changed...

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Search Windows for 'devices', and then click the Devices and Printers control panel setting in the results.
Right-click the icon for your printer model, and then
click Device Settings tab
Installable Options > Duplexer: installed


If not, change to installed.
